Thousands of tourists from Dongguan, Guangdong province visited Mount Emei on November 8th for a blessing ceremony for good fortune. The ceremony began at 10:30am at the golden summit of Mount Emei, which has rich culture of Buddhism.

​The 2017 Mount Emei International Mountaineering Festival kicked off on November 5th in Sichuan province with nearly 1500 hikers and climbers taking part. Participants aged between 18 and 74 competed along a 7km long route mapped out by organisers.
