Traffic conditions

Emeishan city-centered expressways stretch out in all directions. With the completion of expressways from Xi’an to Chengdu and from Chongqing to Luzhou respectively, distance from Xi’an and Chongqing to Emeishan City has been largely reduced. Moreover, the confluence of ten expressways including Chengdu-Leshan Expressway, Leshan-Yibin Expressway, Leshan-Zigong Expressway, Leshan-Hanyuan Expressway and Leshan-Ya’an Expressway, has made it possible for tourists to drive to Mt. Emei at high speed.
