Time: 29th August, 2017
Mount Emei in Sichuan Province is making efforts to turn itself into a Buddhist cultural travel destination for worldwide tourists.

It recently signed an agreement with Ningxia Wanbao Museum to launch a joint project called 'China Cultural Museum Park'. The project will be constructed over the next three years in Mount Emei with an investment of 5 billion yuan, covering an area of 1500 mu.

It is designed to include temples and Buddhist institutes, aiming to be the biggest cultural museum supported by private resources in China.

The project is regarded as a move to further build Mount Emei's tourism brand.
